Main Business Activity
We are the largest park operator on Hayling Island with twenty parks.
Our flagship park, St Hermans, is the only residential site on the island and is exclusively for people aged 55 and over.
Our nineteen holiday parks are for people who have their own residence elsewhere, but want somewhere to come to for holidays and breaks.
Additional Business Activities
We own several DIY stable livery yards.
We have a campsite which is rented out for touring caravan club rallies only (not casual camping).

1932 - St Hermans caravan park started by the Camp family.
1946 - St Hermans Estate Co Limited formed.
1978 - Fleet Farm caravan park purchased.
1980 - Lower Tye Farm caravan park purchased.
1981 - St Hermans caravan park granted a residential licence.
1985 - Caravelle caravan park purchased.
1987 - Cummock caravan park purchased.
1990 - The Binnacle caravan park purchased.
1990 - Camaron caravan park purchased.
1990 - Eastoke Farm caravan park purchased.
1990 - Seagull caravan park purchased.
1990 - Sunnymead One caravan park purchased.
1990 - Sunnymead Too caravan park purchased.
1990 - Triangle caravan park purchased.
1990 - Two Acres caravan park purchased.
1992 - Campion caravan park purchased.
