Water’s Edge
ABOUT THIS PARK
Water’s Edge is a small park in south-east Hayling with fifteen pitches.
It has a private slipway onto Chichester Harbour and is within walking distance of the beach, the sailing club, a pub, a convenience store, a take-away and a bus stop. Mengham village, with its shops, supermarket and cafes is less than two miles away.
Pitch fees for the 2025 season are £2,520 including rates, refuse, water & sewerage.
ABOUT OUR PARKS
This is one of twenty holiday parks that we own on Hayling Island.
The holiday season runs from 1 March to 31 October inclusive.
The caravans are all owner-occupied, so our parks are small communities with none of the problems that arise with rental units.
There are no offices onsite. All of our business is conducted from our Head Office at Lower Tye Farm.
