Caravans For Sale

If you haven’t already done so, please read our Holiday Buyer’s Guide before arranging a viewing or agreeing to buy a holiday caravan.

SALES OVERVIEW

Caravans that are sold on our parks fall into one of three categories.

NEW CARAVANS

These are sold by us, complete with guarantees from the manufacturers and a twenty year holiday licence agreement.

Prices include all pitch & caravan preparation costs, new steps, LPG gas installation and a fridge if the model does not have a built in appliance.

Although we buy brand new caravans for stock, some customers prefer to choose their own model, tailored to suit their needs and taste, on their preferred park and pitch.

PREVIOUSLY OWNED CARAVANS

These are sold by us and come with a one year conditional guarantee (structure & appliances) and the residue of the original twenty year holiday licence agreement which was issued when the caravan was first sold.

Prices include all caravan & pitch preparation costs, a fridge, steps and LPG gas installation.

PRIVATELY OWNED CARAVANS

These are sold by our customers with the residue of the original twenty year holiday licence agreement which was issued when the caravan was first sold.

Although the customers are selling the caravan, sales must go through us and we must approve any buyer.

We will only show and / or sell caravans to people who are on our Mailing List form, because it gives us confirmation that it is being bought for holiday use only and also covers our GDPR obligations.
