About This Park
Regis is a small park in south-east Hayling with three pitches.
It is within walking distance of Chichester Harbour, the beach, the sailing club, a pub, a convenience store, a take-away and a bus stop. Mengham village, with its shops, supermarket, cafes and restaurants is less than two miles away.
Pitch fees for the 2025 season are £2,520 including rates, refuse, water & sewerage.
The holiday season runs from 1 March to 31 October inclusive and there is no option to extend this
About Our Parks
This is one of twenty holiday caravan parks that we own. They are all on Hayling Island and are run from our Head Office at Lower Tye Farm.
Caravans are all owner-occupied, so our parks are small communities with none of the problems that arise with rental units.
The holiday season runs from 1 March to 31 October inclusive and there is no option to extend this.
