Description
Lower Tye Farm is one of our most popular parks. It is in the rural northern part of the island and has seventy six pitches.
Holiday Season
The park is open from 1 March to 31 October.
No extension to this period is available.
Pitch Fees
The 2024 season pitch fees are £2,460 comprising:
Rent £1,728.67; Rates £185.33; Refuse, Water & Sewerage £136.00; and VAT £410.00.
Payment options are as follows:
Discounted £2,400 (payable in full before 1 January 2024).
Direct Debit £2,460 (payable in eight monthly instalments of £307.50 from March to October 2024 inclusive).
Full £2,460 (payable in two instalments of £1,230 before 1 January and 1 July 2024 respectively).
