Residential Usage
Park Homes are for residential use only and all residents must be a minimum of fifty-five years old. We do not allow children, or anyone else under that age, to live at the park under any circumstances.
Sale Prices
The prices shown do not include pitch fees for the current season (unless specifically mentioned on the advert) but do include the cost of transport, siting & connection on the pitch.
Park Homes For Sale
The park homes we sell fall into one of two categories:
New Park Homes are sold by us, complete with guarantees from the manufacturers. If you are interested in buying a brand new park home but would like to choose your own model, please call us to discuss your situation and our pitch availability.
Privately Owned Park Homes are sold by our customers.
Although park home owners can ultimately choose who they sell to, all prospective buyers must comply with the site rules, in particular regarding the age of occupants and their pets (for further details, see our FAQ page).
Please note that owners are not obliged to notify us if they put their park homes up for sale, so we would recommend that you register your interest with local estate agents or check online sites, such as Rightmove, for up to date information.
