Caravan Usage
Caravans are for holiday use only; they may not be used as a main residence by owners or their guests. The main user must have their own permanent residence and be able to provide proof of this, by way of a council tax invoice (or similar), throughout the ownership period.
Sale Prices
The prices shown do not include pitch fees for the current season (unless specifically mentioned), but do include the cost of transport, siting & connection on the pitch.

Caravans For Sale
The holiday caravans we sell fall into one of three categories:
New Caravans are sold by us, complete with guarantees from the manufacturers and a 20 year holiday licence agreement. Prices include all transport, siting and connection costs, a new fridge, new steps and LPG gas installation. If you are interested in buying a brand new caravan but would like to choose your own model, the process and costs involved are detailed on our Vacant Pitches page.
Previously Owned Caravans are sold by us and come with a one year conditional guarantee (structure & appliances) and the residue of the original 20 year holiday licence agreement which was issued when the caravan was first sold. Prices include all transport, siting and connection costs, a fridge, steps and LPG gas installation.
Privately Owned Caravans are sold by our customers with the residue of the original 20 year holiday licence agreement which was issued when the caravan was first sold. Although the customers are selling the caravan, the sales must go through us and we must approve any buyer.
